The Alumni Association Scholarship Committee is committed to furthering the education and career development of SVTHS graduates through financial support and networking events. A significant portion of funds raised by the Alumni Association go directly into supporting these activities, which are the cornerstone of the Alumni Association's mission.

All recipients for 2009 have been selected, and were honored at the SVTHS Scholarship Night on June 2, 2009. All Alumni Association and additional Alumni, Business and Memorial scholarship recipients were announced through a press release following the award night. In addition to a monetary award, recipients received complimentary dues for the Alumni Association while they are continuing their education, as well as invitations to participate in networking, career and award ceremonies.
